Personally a big fan of Unidentified Random Moss I found on the ground outside by a pond, and Unidentified Random Moss #2 that started growing spontaneously in the greenhouse. I hope they'll be happy in the terrarium I made...

I'm surprised that hypnum, sphagnum, and badge moss didn't make an appearance. Sphagnum is an icon of all horticulture, live or dead, and hypnum and badge are among the most common wild mosses, and in my experience are the most adaptable. Even thread moss is remarkably hardy and common. Fern moss, while less common, is incredibly iconic, and known to be an easy terrarium option.

Bun moss is my absolute go to. I've used sheet mode a little too but it's finicky and takes a lot of cleaning up before I can use it! I've used aquatic mosses when aquascaping but am always concerned I won't have enough humidity to use in my terrariums. I'm definitely going to try some of the others on your list though.
