Tadashi probably thought "I'm 65 percent water, how can I possibly catch fire?"
  • @AustinJASMR
Hiro: "What are we doing at your nerd school?" Also Hiro: Graduated high school at 13
  • They actually explain why San Fransisco looks like that. it's because after the Earthquake in 1906 Japan helped re-build the city and a large population of Japanese people emigrated to the new city. And in honor of Japan, they renamed the city San Fransokyo.
  • It makes sense that Baymax continued the medical exam, even after Hiro rated a 0 for pain, He needed to make sure there was NOTHING wrong, since even if there's no pain there can still be something wrong
  • Also: If Hiro can tell a cop about Baymax, he should easily be able to tell Aunt Cas. I mean, bro.
  • @sijoule965
115 sins for making me think there were 5 prequels with that title.
  • @Skonkgasm
I was honestly bugged by how fuxking lethal everyone's weapons were and yet they bitched at Hiro when he tried to have the professor killed. Like.. if any of them directly attacked the professor with their weapons he would die. What did they even expect to do
  • honey lemon deserves more appreciation. she literally encounters an obstacle, comes up with a solution in her head, and types it out to make a ball of chemicals almost immediately.
  • He forgot to take a sin off for something... When Baymax sacrifices himself to save Hiro and Abigail, the scene cuts to a close up of Hiro. In his eyes' reflection, Baymax is replaced by Tidashi. So instead of seeing Baymax leaving him, he sees Tidashi, and it seriously made me cry so hard.
  • @NinjaPaperMario
I'm surprised he missed the biggest plot hole in this movie. How was Baymax still good Baymax when he palmed his healthcare chip in the fist he shot out with Hiro? And when did he palm it? There was no time for him to do that when he got hit.
  • "He gave everyone weapons but the dark haired chick she gets skates" Bro that's the weapon she can throw the blades and shes super fast with them
  • @ariqrestyawan23
There's a sin you missed - after 8:38, hiro and baymax chilled on top of the golden gate bridge just before scanning, and the robot suddenly said "if you're satisfied with your care I can deactivate" Dude, how was hiro supposed to fly back home if he deactivates baymax up there

A kid I went to high school with was nicknamed "Toast" for years because he dared to bring toast to school one morning. So, yes, someone could be nicknamed "Wasabi."
  • its not getting the gummy bears, its getting the gummy bears WITHOUT paying.

Why San Fransokyo is called that, according to the wiki: In a nutshell, there was a big earthquake in 1906 in the city and the large population of Japanese immigrants helped rebuilt, since they had some experience from that. "Long before the city was conceived, San Fransokyo initially was a spot of land in California where Japanese immigrants flocked to in the late 1800s. But history was changed when the 1906 earthquake struck the land and caused unspeakable devastation. What many did not know was that the earthquake was caused by none other than the renowned artist Lenore Shimamoto. Shimamoto was finishing an ambitious project—an energy amplifier—she created as a revolutionary power source, but the effects yielded a massive star that created the disaster known as the "Great Catastrophe". Filled with guilt, Shimamoto hid her work away praying that no one would find it and continue her research. The events of the earthquake, ironically, inspired the city to be reborn, for San Francisco was rebuilt by Japanese immigrants using techniques that allowed movement and flexibility in a seismic event. After the city was finished being rebuilt, it was renamed San Fransokyo due to it being a city made greater than it was before from Japanese and American architecture combined. The modern-day San Fransokyo is a center for vast cultures besides the dominant Eastern and Western themes, being something of a melting pot." Thanks for coming to my Ted Talk, have a good day.

Tbh Hiro's brother's death was something not a lot of kids movies would do. It deserved a sin off
  • @mgraham0160
San Fransokyo. This is Japanifornia. THIS IS WHERE PHOENIX RIGHT LIVES.
  • @UGHurghAHHH
13:09 they weren’t acting as if they couldn’t build a new one, chances are all the memory that has happened since Tadashi has died which means if they were to rebuild him which would be hard in itself but possible he would not remember them like that robot in “next gen” and with the sentimental value they had with this robot that would be the equivalent of their best friend getting memory loss and forgetting everything that happens after they met you and meeting you.
  • CinemaSins: sins Hiro saying "She's alive in there. Someone has to help." Me: tearing up again just seeing that clip in this video
