The funny thing is that I think he was actually meant to be a possible romantic interest but Shane won. The wizard got more or less half of his votes. What I think is kinda funny is that Linus was actually put there as well XD There was Clint too but no one really likes him a lot so it's not really worth mentionting.

I always wanted to be able to marry the wizard, just because he’s divorced doesn’t make him unlovable again, or at least have him move in as a mentor or friend like Krobus! :( i seriously can’t believe shane won over him. Shane has a great friendship arc, but i’m 90% sure he falls off the wagon again after the player and he get married :(

Tarot is another form of divination, to predict the future or the answers to specific questions. Of course, whether you believe any of this works or not is up to you, but it is definitely on brand for something a wizard would be doing.
