To find yourself in a digital realm,
abandon your physical form.
To lose oneself is to find oneself;
until which, you would hunger for more.
So now we plunge through the clouds,
with the cosmos above us.
Let's to the darkest of bounds,
with only stars to guide us.
Eyes open wide.
Radiant and bright, in painted coloured lines.
A new plain lies inside us.
Now my soul glows inside.
Luminous the guides, that glimmer in the skies.
Now unchained with only lights to guide us.
So now we plunge through the clouds,
with the cosmos above us.
Let's to the darkest of bounds,
with only stars to guide us.
Deep inside us; listen closely, let the darkness guide us.
Deep inside us; sometimes it's the scars on our hearts that drives us.
It's fine to stay, if that's what you wanted.
Uncharted.
Eyes open wide.
Radiant and bright, in painted coloured lines.
A new plain lies inside us.
Now my soul glows inside.
Luminous the guides, that glimmer in the skies.
Now unchained with only lights to guide us.
To find yourself in a digital realm,
abandon your physical form.
To lose oneself is to find oneself;
until which, you would hunger for more.

It's like Ether in an alternate dimension, sounds fire!

This is so odd. This is heavy and soft at the same time, but i love it!

I think they invented a new genre called beauty-core.

Not even going to try and change the opinion of others, Fireworks and this song are fucking amazing. Neverbloom is still my favorite album, but i can't give the band flack for changing up the sound and doing it this well. They are talented songwriters that know what they're doing, whichever direction they choose i am confident they'll write bangers.

I think all the people who aren't getting the sound of this album so far don't understand what a musical motif is. It's a succession of notes tied to a concept that are in relation to the subject, hence why Ether, Fireworks and Uncharted sound familiar. The subject, from my understanding, is the exploration of childhood innocence and imagination. So in association with those thoughts, the three songs follow a similar chord progression to remind you of the story being told is connected through those succession of notes. Pink Floyd did the same thing when they did The Wall, Shine on You Crazy Diamond, and Darkside of the Moon. I imagine Make Them Suffer is inspired by those albums and wanted to capture something within the same vein.
