It's always good seeing stuff from the late 1900s. I still think CMFs should come in multi-pack like the olden days, a basic box for three minifigs would reduce the price a bit per fig. :_AFOOL::_duplo:

I hope all the Classic Space fans buy this book out so they make a similar one for Lego Town, 1978-whenever. I had a few of the space sets, but really loved Town.
  • @jasonsbricksin5
That is a pretty neat book. I also remember those 80’s displays. Who doesn’t know the other guy?
  • @onecleverpig
Looks like a great book actually! Might have to check it out. I can always remember that Jason, but the other guy escapes me hmmm....

hahah love the box saying "No, you cant guess what's inside by shaking me" 99% of the time its Lego, and i can hear the rattle lol

Niels Milan Pedersen @ 3’45” is a LEGO designer not the person who wrote it. The book's author is Tim Johnson from New Elementary 😃 It is supposed to be available in the UK - allegedly - I preordered mine weeks ago and they keep putting back the delivery date which is annoying because I'm itching to get my mitts on a copy. Friends in the Netherlands have had theirs delivered already too. C'mon Amazon!!
  • @BrickTsar
The close up camera apparently can never be moved once you hit record - lol
  • I ordered this book while watching this video in the morning from Amazon. I had it that afternoon.

The one next to the other one.
  • I'm not sure if there were huge Kbee toy stores, though the only large toy store in my area was a Children's Palace that I visited from 1995-96- they had a good size LEGO isle in the back corner near the employees access to the dock and restrooms (I remember this because when I was looking at the Legos in my mid-twenties a good-looking young lady walked out of the back area and said hello to me with a smile, while I said hello, I was still embarrassed that I was looking at Lego in my young adulthood- not anymore.) Many years later a Baby'sRus opened near there in an old (maybe it was a Fretters) Highland appliance store. Not sure if anyone remembers the Highland Saint Patrick's Day sale commercial.🍀🍄🏡☘️☘️☘️☘️☘️☘️☘️☘️☘️☘️

Book looks good! The other guy started as Jason as a joke, i believe, but now it's the one who doesn't have that video posted on their channel.
  • @BeansBricks
The other guy? Used to be Jason but now it's Alex.. those other guys 😁

Joey has 8 different camera angles, but he still can't get the whole book in frame (just messing with you, Joey)
