After using him at 69% on a full Majin Buu Saga team, he complements TEQ Ultimate Gohan perfectly. AGL Ulthan's flaw is that he has virtually no defense before supering and that his damage isn't that crazy when not at 24 ki. Linked with TEQ Gohan and being able to activate his AGL ki orb change, he can put out NUMBERS especially with that Active, support the rotation defensively and tank great. He's just a very fun unit. Yes, he's not going to carry the whole team which isn't great but he's powerful enough to where if you're running a certain team build, he fits perfectly.
