Two flights. First low fly for 1 minute, and second, fly for 1 minute. I paid an extra 20 dollars for a high flight. This video shows the high fly. The video cost 8 dollars. You get a 3-minute video lecture first and then change clothes. You will get a helmet and gloves and earplugs. The coach is super friendly. It's really fun if you have never sky-dived before. This is the closest experience you can get without any chance of dying from falling from 14,000 feet. Worth it.
