Pile 2, wow thank you so much. The example that you shared is what I experienced as well. I have been trying to heal this for years now, last sept/oct I had a big breakthrough with this and was finally able to stand confidently in my own truth, and I was able to healthily maintain this for the past months, but this past weekend I somehow fell back into old patterns of self doubt and looking for answers outside of myself. You reminded me that I can not go back there, I have much better places to be. Thank you, and thank you for sharing your story, sending you so much love

I woke up so fast and sudden this morning like something pushed me and I heard instantly in my mind "you won't be happy at 40 if you keep this up" I don't identify with age, I use it as markers and ways to track time in my own weird way. But it was alarming. I couldn't really swallow it all at once. I had to walk through my morning in a weird twilight feel. Anyway thank you Joanna ❤your words are empowering. Helpful and encouraging❤
