The Oscars really need a Best Stunt category. They deserve all the love!

A lot of stunt people and coordinators don't want an Oscar category. The reason is that it is dangerous enough already without this idea that going bigger might win you an Oscar. It has been mentioned a few times by stunt people on the Corridor Crew couch. They absolutely deserve recognition for what they do, but a competition to outdo each other with something so dangerous isn't the way.

    Ryan Gosling is effortlessly funny.
  • A movie with both co stars of Barbie and Oppenheimer together. We now need a movie with Margot Robbie and Cillian Murphy together!

It's great that Ryan Gosling hasn't had a miss with comedic roles. With the underrated The Nice Guys, Barbie, and now The Fall Guy, this man can literally do anything with such a perfect charisma and chemistry with the cast members 🙌

I felt like this movie was just a parody of the movie industry, having countless references to other movies and laughing on cliches by having a little twist on them each time, the action is perfect,i give this movie a 9/10

You know it's going to be a kick ass awesome action movie when it's directed by a former stuntman 🙌

Mike Flanagan executive producer on shelby oaks is amazing, couldn't be happier for you, been watching for years now

It's nice to see Teresa Palmer getting more work. She's heavily underrated, her first scene with Gosling in this movie was absolutely incredible and hilarious
  • off topic: I'M SO HAPPY FOR YOUR COLLABORATION WITH FLANAGAAAAAAAN, He is super fresh, I LOVE his movies and if he saw something in you and your project I cant' wait to see

Also gotta give props for setting the movie in my city! I know y'all from the US are probably used to seeing every movie ever be set in your city, but as an Aussie, I think I speak for the rest of the world in saying that it's quite a special thing for us to see a Hollywood movie filmed on our home turf.

Thank you Chris for a superlative review, presentation and production. You're always spot-on. I wasn't going to see Fall Guy until I saw your review.

As someone who highly enjoyed Bullet Trains and loves Gosling as an actor, I’m definitely looking forward to seeing this movie today. And it being a big love-letter to stuntwork from a director who used to actually be a stunt coordinator is the icing on the cake for me.👌🏽

A love letter to stunt men and women in film. I saw this with friends at an early screening last week and it was so good to see the action set pieces set in Sydney Aus
