Elden Ring - Radagon smashed my face so hard it broke the game

While fighting him, Radagon grabbed me, which I knew I wouldn't survive so I decided I had enough for the day, and instead of waiting for the animation to finish, I brought up Elden Ring's menu and chose to quit the game.
At that very same moment, one of my messages ("physical but hole") got appraised.
This somehow caused the game to glitch, and the result is this beautiful moment of Radagon smashing my face being eternalized.
