At 65, this song will forever represent the day I stopped drowning in the guilt that 60 years of religion had burnt into my soul. Always questioning myself and their version of love one another when all I witnessed was hate for anyone who didn’t look like me or believed what I believed. Thing is, I NEVER believed that version of worth. I would go on to never enter that church again, freely loving all and opening my heart to all beliefs. I’m an old soul now and thankfully I discovered this before I leave this earth. Peace✌️
