Palpatine's Arrest (V3 Update) - LEGO Star Wars: The Complete Saga Additional Levels Mod

I like how Anakin starts off standing next to Palpatine, which was in the original script of the movie, since it’s similar to how the devs only had early drafts to work with when making The Complete Saga and included things that were cut from the movie.

Glad this mod features the actual design of Palpatine’s apartment suite!

There is something really dark about Anakin just standing by as Palpatine attacks all the Jedi. Like they look in horror as the strongest Jedi doesn't intervene as a Sith is mowing them down.

Even the Skywalker saga game didn’t include this fight, but the fact that only Mace and Kit were in the cutscene and not the other two masters makes me believe it was going to be, but it got cut.

This is totally how they would have designed this level lmao, especially the random waves of generic jedi, amazing work!

I liked the detail that Mace Windu falls next to the window when he has only one heart

The sad part is that even in the new lego game, they still didn't include this level.

absolutely adore this, the fact that we got a model from 2011 into an 07 game is incredible. However, I feel like there's more you can do to make this feel like an official level. Most boss battle levels have some element of a level or puzzle solving as well as the battle. In LSW2's case, this often resulted in gameplay between phases, but I think since this is a prequel level, it should be more like LSW1, where the boss battle is saved until the very end, all at once. It'd probably add significant work, but I like to think it'd go a long way :) Maybe have anakin make his way to the chancellors office? idk. womp. hope u had a nice thanksgiving, and have a nice day Master Jedi. Anakin was actually originally supposed to already be at the office when the Jedi arrived, so I guess this has that same context.

This is amazing. Palpatine's arrest was already great but at this point, it's a legit level. And seeing Dexter's diner in TCS is a dream come true. I always felt like the hub world was too small in TCS compared to the previous two games.

You actually ported the main room from Dexter’s Diner. That is amazing to see that in TCS. It would be nice to have Flo/Wanda (whatever the name for the WA-7 droid is) roaming around there.

Now this would have really made Episode 3 of lego Skywalker saga absolutely iconic

Not only was this extremely well done, I would argue this was better then the entirety of lego Star Wars: the skywalker saga. The design for palpatine was well done, and the simplicity of it honestly made the mission that much better (less is more). This should have absolutely been in the OG game(s). Very well done!

So cool to see modders make their own levels, kinda makes me wanna see "Battle Levels", were famous battles are bought into the game, you play as Clones, Stormtroopers, Rebels, etc, just taking part in the fight. Also, still to this day, i wish the AI team did more, like attacking and actually defeating enemy AI lol
