H didn't woin the Mirror group lawsuit. The judge found in his favour on less than half of his complaints, and awarded significantly less than what the Mirror group had aleeady offered as an out of court settlement. That usually means he won't get his costs awarded, and his legal bill will be 4 or 5 times the amount awarded - and all at the cost of publicly making himsrlf look even more stupid and ignorant.
