Luckily the bumblebee has been fixed, the eyes are different and the silver is now all over the face. I couldn't figure out why people didnt like the face and it turns out I got a fixed version.

The gaps around his eyes are because the head (like most modern transformers heads) are made of two parts: the front half and the back half. In order to make the painting easier, the eyes are moved to the back half, leaving slots in the face where they would normally be. This results in gaps when not toleranced correctly.
