Props to rj for shouting out the other refs. They probably grinding for their spot trying to do their best so that’s cool of him. RJ seems like a good dude.

This was honestly a great move by the nba in term of us understanding how they officiate

Great job RJ , doing something you wanted to do and following through so you can get better you can’t be afraid to make mistakes we need more people showing this 💪🏾 keep going love to see
  • @sganet_
Really shows it’s not as easy as it looks, nicely done RJ 👏
  • @Ippowned
This is really good by the NBA to show people who blame the refs a lot that it’s an insanely difficult job with no margin for error. You can’t miss a call, make a wrong call, or call too many things without getting blasted by fans. And if you do a good job, it goes unnoticed. Props to RJ though, that looked like fun haha

I fw some Richard Jefferson. He lives his life the way he wants to with dignity, respect, and intelligence. Congrats.
  • "Young fella.. let me see the ball." LOL ayo RJ is gonna go down as a NBA Legend man. Nobody like him, and props to him for taking the craft of officiating serious and trying it out. Got his own referee highlight tape now lol.
  • @Cmorrison626
Let’s get more former players in on the action. All the refs for the All-Star games should be former players but they have to go through the same classes as RJ.
  • @barqs27
Its so cool RJ did this. Getting out of your comfort zone, plus I bet it really was fascinating seeing it all through the officials perspective.
  • RJ is special I hope his journey as a ref is very very long we appreciate you boss.
