  • I’m the girl that has NF, and meeting Sofia was my greatest honour, I am so grateful for that, I felt so healed by her, remember, why fit in when you were born to stand out😉

Whoopi usually always keeps it together during emotional segments and when she started to get choked up at the end, it broke me. What a beautiful little girl, I love her spirit. I can’t imagine what it must be like for her parents, I hope they’re able to bask a little in happy moments like this.
  • As someone who suffers from NF1 I can't thank The View, Sofia Carson and Make-A-Wish enough for the kindness and compassion shown to Mya and for making her dream come true. ❤❤❤❤❤
  • @birdie4223
OK, I’m sitting up here just crying my eyes out wishing her nothing but universal blessings such a heartwarming story❤

I didn't have bawling my eyes out on my list of things to do today, but here I am, an emotional wreck. One of my first friends was granted a Make-A-Wish before she died; she and her family got to swim with the dolphins. Truly great to see they're still granting wishes <3

As a mother .. I cannot fathom what Mya's mom is suffering internally. And dad and family as well. Nice to meet you Mya! 💐😘🌞💛

It is so clearly not “just a job” for Sofia to be there for this beautiful girl and her family. That was genuine and heartfelt and wonderful. I am now a fan because she is genuine herself.

Geeez, I'm a 62 year old male in Australia, from the pro entertainment industry, and I'm crying a rain storm. I'm with Whoopi. What a beautiful warrior this little girl is. Sofia will probably never be able to top this moment in her career. She just made magic happen for one amazing little superstar. You nailed it, ABC/View.
  • @MatthewsFav

Sophia Carson is wonderful. She’s the exact right actress and person we needed right now for Mya and for this incredible story of hope. That’s ongoing.
  • When I saw Whoopi get choked up at the ending, I lost it! I serve students like Mya in the education sector. I wish nothing but eternal blessings for her and her family.
  • @fundifferent1
Never heard of Sofia Carson but she has a beautiful spirt and was so genuinely warm, kind and graceful.
  • Sofia is such a sweetheart. I cannot imagine how fulfilling this was for her. I know this had to take some of the emotional load off of her parents. ❤️

This just proves a hero can come in any shape and size and chronic illness does not have to define a person.. Evie’s superpower is her strength and positivity. You keep on smiling and shining your light in this world❤
