I just started listening to this band a month ago. It took me about 30 seconds to realize Tyler is a musical genius.

That first high note in Smithereens absolutely blows me away every time I hear it again. Still listening in 2024!

This dude was born to make music, the brains behind it all, then the performance in front of people, then to reduce, reconstruct, reduce, reconstruct, redo, undo, complete, mix, remix, bass it up, re-remix, touch it up and deliver the song in a completely different version, musical genius!

I think I’m gonna use this video to help put myself to sleep every night until I die

Im just watching this now in 2024, and the way he opened up Ride with the reconstructed beat... It really reminds me of his old beats in Regional at Best. The beats brought be back. I fell in love with their music when I was in 7th grade, before I struggled with depression. Now almost 7 years later some of their oldest and newest songs help me so much. Thank you Tyler and Josh for caring about their fans so much and for HELPING us.

I can imagine his laptop full of so many amazing unreleased things that we will never get to hear ✨😭
  • @carolina5613
the people that experienced this live...how are you still alive after this?
  • @Hazardlv
This man is actually genius in terms of music. It almost feels like he needs to create music. Like he was born to do it. Definetly one of the most talented musicians in last 10 years. No doubt about it.

I feel like not everyone appreciates Tyler’s artistry. He’s truly a music genius and is extremely underrated. This is the best performance I’ve ever heard tbh.
