Kris being a hair dresser makes so much sense. When I heard the "I cut my own bangs" I was like "oh, they look amazing, maybe it isn't so hard!" I'm glad she disclosed that before stupid people like me got any ideas.
  • The bangs look fantastic. It's the messy-without-trying vibes that make it look like effortless but chic.

"Those scissors are duller than the Kardashian's personality".😂😂😂😂

I’m already scared from reading the title…also Kris I want to give you a complement because no one ever does. Your hair always looks amazing, “it looks snatched as hell” and your eyes are gorgeous and I love your voice and how much you care about us. You have helped me during really bad times and I am so grateful for you love you 💕 Edit: thanks for the likes I didn’t expect that!! 😅💕

Kris, I’m not gonna lie, you’ve gotten me out of a lot. Suicide, parent issues, and many more. Your complements to the viewers really hit me, and I want to thank you. Love your content, you, and all you do ❤ Keep up the amazing work!

As a fellow cosmetologist these hurt to watch, but Kris makes it bearable 😘
  • @Easygoing93
If Kris didn't say anything about her bangs, I never would have known she messed them up. It looks great! Guess that's a perk of being a licensed hair dresser, you always have amazing hair 🤣🤣

Us middle children gotta stick together. Also, I've been waiting for you to do a hairdressing video. I feel really bad for all of the people in this video, but I did learn a lot. I love you Kris, you have helped me through some tough times even though you don't know it. Thank you. Hope you have a wonderful rest of your day! 💜

Your running away story broke my heart! Sending hugs!!
  • You have the prettiest hair in the entire time. I have never seen any tutorial on big curl wave hair on short hair. Your hair amazing
  • I dyed my hair a gorgeous shade of purple once when I was 16. My father flipped out on me and got some random lady from our neighborhood to come over and bleach it. Long story short, she killed all of my hair. And it was a LOT of hair, down to my waist. So in retaliation I got a set of portable hair clippers, waited for my father to sit down to watch tv, walked in and without breaking eye contact with him shaved my head. Full Sinead O'connor. I thought he was going to burst an artery or something. Totally worth it though. I kept my head shaved for like 3 years after that. One, because he hated it and two, because it was so damn nice to have no hair. Ladies, I recommend shavings your head at once in your life. It's absolutely freeing and it feels amazing.

Middle child gang. I definitely enjoyed this type of video and would love to see Kris do something like this again. She always brightens my day, I hope she realizes how much she means to us.

Your hair is beautiful and your bangs look great on you. You're beautiful no matter what you do to yourself ❤
  • Bangs or no bangs, you look great either way. I found your videos about 2 months ago and have been laughing ever since. They have helped me get through some rough times lately. Truth be told they've been the only thing that's made me smile at times. Thank you so much for that. I know being a content creator is hard. So, thank you for doing work that makes so many people smile on a regular basis. Sending so many hugs! Back in college I tried to color my hair and it came out so bad. I have naturally very dark brown (almost black) hair. I found a box of dye that said it was Auburn. I thought I could use it to make my hair a little lighter. Oh, it made the hair lighter all right. It turned a rather disturbing shade of orange. I had never colored my hair before, so I was bound to make a mistake. when I woke up the next morning, my eyes were so puffy I almost couldn't see. I don't know if it was a reaction to the hair dye, or the face mask I had done the day before. What made it even worse was that my mother still made me go to class. Good thing I was in the art department. Seeing crazy sights was pretty common. No one even looked twice. To this day I don't know if it was the dye or the mask that made me puff up. However, both the hair dye and mud mask were discontinued some time back (I don't know exactly when). Guess I'll never know the answer.

One time my hairdresser soaked my hair after I told her to not get it wet, then ripped through my hair with no detangler. Told me how terrible my hair was, how bad she felt for me, then absolutely RUINED my hair cut. She ended up quitting her job after my dad went in there and stood up for me.

I love seeing the hairdresser side of Kris. It's really interesting to see her expert take on these fails delivered with a slightly cheeky attitude. It'd be awesome to see more videos like this one!

I’ve been a hairstylist for 13 years and I’m still shocked by the colors and cuts that come in to get fixed. It’s so sad that people out there are doing hair that shouldn’t be. 🤦🏼‍♀️

Loved this video! I've been doing my own hair for over 20 years. I did cosmetology and had my license for a few years and decided I didn't like it as much as I thought I would. My daughter and my dad still use me to cut their hair and I still cut and dye my hair too.
