My Dad got lung cancer, and my whole world changed too. He died a year and a half ago and it has proven to be the absolute worst. I too pushed people away, and I also still struggle with things I was put through when I was bullied. I'm glad your momma is doing well, and I'm glad to see you've made a good life for yourself so far :) Gives me some hope.

it's definitely a hard thing to go through, but that feeling once you know that person beat cancer. I swear, there is no other feeling like that.

I think the things I've been through have really opened my eyes and showed me that you can't waste your days being down, you have to keep your head up and hang in there. I still have my bad days, but I try my hardest to keep shining positivity. <3
