The 'space port' droids are IGBC (Intergalactic Banking Clan) units. The IGBC is, of course, neutral, which is why they do not fight the Jedi. In hindsight, the only surprising thing is that the IGBC didn't conduct their own hunt using munificent frigate spam fleets and their deadly IG units given how... annoying the Muuns are. But of course, Filoni doesn't know the lore, and it didn't fit with his 'grand vision'
