This is a Traditional Azerbaijani dish of the Lankaran region! The dish is called Meat Kutab with fruit filling! Do not confuse this food with the usual Kutab made of dough and stuffed with greens and cottage cheese! In this dish, the dough is replaced by minced meat! which goes through a meat grinder 4 times and is filled with dried fruits such as, Dogwood, Cherry, pomegranate paste, thinly sliced vegetables, and is transferred to the form of a half circle in the form of a kutab and sent to the freezer completely frozen, and then fried in coals or on a fire! and in this video we also made cherry compote and jam for the winter!
