Halo 2 Vista multiplayer using a BR with no numbers plate ala E3 demo.

This is an ascetic mod that removes the numbers plate on the BR to make it look like the one in the E3 campaign and multiplayer demos. The functionality does not change, as it retains the three round burst.

First, you must download these two things:

First, you must make two copies of the Mainmenu.map file from your maps folder, one to modify and one to keep as a backup.

To remove the BR number plates open the MainMenu.map in Gravemind 1.6B, then click on the "bitmaps" on the right-hand side and scroll down until you reach "objects\weapons\rifle\battle_rifle\bitmaps\numbers_plate" and choose it, then on top of the program click "Bitmap Editor", now inject the "numbers plate.dds" with all the "Bitmap Chunk" from #0 to #9. No more number plates.

Then, move the modified mainmenu.map file into the maps folder, replacing the older one, and you're good to go. :)
