  • There is no Blck community at this point. Everyone is for themselves. We refuse to address what’s going on with our people and then get mad when we are stereotyped. At this point, We must hold each other accountable for the destruction that’s causing families to be broken up by gun violence. If we keep saying, “Not all of us” instead of “As a collective, we have to do better” eventually, this will never end. Very very sad. RIP 🙏🏽

I have an 18 yo daughter. These families pain is unimaginable. My heart and prayers go out to them. I pray that they recieve swift justice.
  • Nobody cares till it happens to them we should feel this way about each and every murder that's what's wrong with our ppl it have to touch them to be real
  • I can't imagine someone pulling up in a car, seeing 3 girls and a baby and opening fire into the car. This seems to be a targeted killing, not random. I think when the investigators finish with this case, a lot more backstories will be revealed. One of those girls was targeted. Just doesn't make sense!

I can’t imagine the pain that she’s going thru. I’m praying hard for her & her family. Them young ladies didn’t get to live they lives. 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾💔💔😢
  • This is happening on a daily basis now in every part of America. Use to be you could move to a safer neighborhood for your children and now there’s no where to go because the violence is everywhere. My prayers go out to these mothers and the families. May God Comfort them and give the strength 🙏🏾❤️‍🩹

I really feel this woman’s pain and hurt she is expressing. The families dealing with this loss will need so much counseling and support to hopefully get past this. We need to come together as a city and community to bring a better light on this city. Also not just here in Memphis but all of our cities here in the USA need to cut a brighter light on to help end the senseless violence. Let’s have a real conversation with our gang leaders and church leaders to find a common ground in policing our own communities and checking the real opposition out here in our neighborhoods.
  • The IDGAF generation coming home to roost. Today is this family wailing, tomorrow its another. We have no one to blame but ourselves, this has been long coming. The wanton disregard for other people's lives and properties. People crying everyday for things to get better but I & I Rasta knows it's only gonna get worse. People need to change their ways, beginning with the way we think!

This is NOT "gun violence" and an "SUV" did not drive through a parade. The problem will not be solved until people are willing to say what the problem is and do something about it.

It's time for these so called men across this country in these neighborhoods to stand up, and stop these terrorist by any means necessary. The community must start reporting all crime activities, giving license plates, details of cars, taking pictures Patrolling the neighborhoods armed with your vest on ect. knowing crime is going on you turn away until your son, or daughter, are hurt or killed.
  • It's never going to stop until everyone in the community come together to stop it. Just sad 😔
