It seems like some humans found a really old Prehistoric ancient object called "See Dee sengle" in Terra and managed to make it work by looking thru ancient forgotten devices. The voice might been gone but they managed to capture the melody and this melody become a popular song among the file and ranks of Imperial Guards just to boost their morale.
