one detail that's probably unintentional that i noticed is that half life 2 takes place 20 years after half life , so around 2020 in half life vr but the ai is self aware, dr. coomer says it's 2020, in this trailer dr. coomer says he's recording the transmission in 2040 i thought that was neat

You know, I always had this headcanon that when Gordon arrives in Ravenholm, instead of finding Father Grigori, He'd find Coomer who was using the zombies to work off the playcoin debt that Gordon got when killing Benry.

Like a lot of other people have said, the transition with the Strider was spectacular. I like how despite this being a comedy series, the Combine are still given great respect, still having the intimidating and oppressive feel and theming as in the actual game. Almost making it seem like the Combine truly are an unfathomably powerful and unstoppable multiversal force, capable of crushing all within their path, and even goofy cartoon universes like that of HLVRAI cannot resist this inevitable assimilation...
