This just happened to me after the dressed to kill collection event. I bought it before it ended at my friends house but wanted to open it at my computer. And when I got to the last pack nothing happened. I was so mad and of course EA support can’t help you like always.

I think it says "during the event" somewhere in the explaination but its still bad. They should honestly have it trigger from opening all the packs or unlocking all the contents.
