What an amazing man. So sweet, smart, charming and good looking, oh and funny.

Great little interview. Ive seen alot of Davy youtube over the last few days. He always seemed so patient with people. He was my first love and THE MONKEES gave me the inclination to pick up an instrument at 8. Been playing ever since. RIP sparkly eyes.

David, you were such a beautiful man both inside and out, and you are still such a beautiful eternal spirit. If I had had the chance to actually meet you and talk to you during that brief moment backstage in 2002, I would have given you a such a hug that they would have had to pry me off of you. And thank you for loving the animals and rescuing so many horses. RIP my love.

Thanks so much for sharing this. Unlike so many entertainers, he seemed like the real deal.

As I have said many times before..davy was more than a fantastic entertainer, he was a kind gentle man and his endless care and love he had for horses and that he taught his daughters to carry on his tradition. Davy I will love you forever

Thank you for posting this interview. I enjoyed seeing Davy ride one of his beloved horses and talk about the importance of sharing his talent with a few or thousands. I was fortunate enough to meet him and Micky at Magic Mountain California years ago – just myself, a girlfriend and the two of them what a great memory! RIP, Davy.

Lol he thought he could have been David Bowie. Made himself look like an idiot there. Up his own backside. It would be like someone from 9ne direction saying he could of been Bob Dylan.
