HIGHLIGHTS | AUSTRALIA v WALES | July Internationals 2024 | Second Test

Australia proved too strong for Wales on Saturday night, holding on to claim a gutsy win in slippery conditions in Melbourne, as heavy rain plagued much of the encounter at AAMI Park.

No matter how bad you have it being a rugby fan just remember that being a Welsh rugby fan is 10x worse.

From a Springbok supporter, Wallabies playing scintillating running rugby against a strong Welsh side. This was no pushover, Wallabies proving once again that you don't need the strongest scrum to win. This was such a pleasure to watch. Great stuff Boyos!

To be a Welsh fan is to suffer…but as the Good Book says…suffering breeds endurance and endurance breeds hope…

Dangunu must have watched The Cheslin Kolbe try last week 😂
  • @YogarAdon
Daugunu literally pulled a Kolbe. These sweepers have to start looking out for these follow-up, kick chasing wingers. I think every team should have a player if not winger who chases every kick. Like a Kolbe, Daugunu or Sevu Reece.
  • From a south African rugby supporter, just happy to see the Wallabies are back again.
  • Wales should be proud of their performance, apart from a couple of silly mistakes they could have won. A definate improvement over last week.

0:28 The balls on the guy to put in attacking kick 5 meters from his own goal line, which he then retrieves. He achieves rugby immortality just for that.

As an All Black supporter that first try was a thing of beauty I hope our trans Tasman brothers bring it in the upcoming tests against the mighty abz

Just goes to show if the teams in trouble getting a new coach with an incredible record is better than desperately getting an old coach from your glory days back. The games moved on from Warrens game of smash it up the center and picking an going. The teams reduced to playing for penalties and mauling from them.

Daugunu proved himself everything he wore any jersey from Australia A to Wallabies ❤ vinaka Tovatas Filipo Daugunu

Best game by the Australian Wallabies I have seen in some time. Keep playing like that and we might just see a resurgence of the Wallabies

Being a kiwi and All Blacks fan, it's soooo good to see our cousin's being successful again. Up The Southern Hemisphere 🤙

As a wallabies fan, a win is a win but we got 3 tries based off of welsh mistakes but gave up a ton of tries. Tighten up boys!
  • @Beez_Nūttz
if it was koroibete there at that corner that welsh winger woulda been knocked tf out (4.59)

I’m a ABs supporter but I’ll always root for the wallabies. Rugby is fun when the wallabies are thriving and doing well except when they’re playing the ABs of course. Let’s hope for some good actions from Rugby championship and Bledisloe Cup

i think the most important thing in rugby now would be for the aussies to find form ahead of the lions tour next year, and obviously hosting the next world cup. game needs a strong wallabies
  • @VictorDodon
As a neutral this game has some spectacular tries, especially the first Aussie try and the Rio Dire's try.
  • @bazsturgeon3017
Same mistake as James Lowe last week, trying to keep the ball in play and immediately getting punished for it by a Try.
