Each instance of swatting should be treated as attempted murder for the caller.
  • These situations are SO dangerous. In the US, it is very common to have multiple firearms. This guy could have easily walked towards the door with a shotgun or handgun, and as soon as law enforcement sees that, they shoot. People who are responsible for the fake call need to be prosecuted.
  • It amazes me how people think, “Ah, this person is defending someone I don’t like. I know! I’ll take a deep breath, weigh my options calmly, and SWAT THEM.”

Nijisisters tried to kill a man that defended the girl their oshis couldn't kill.

Imagine clinging on to a 3rd person party's (fake) online persona SO HARD that you try to get someone killed over it because they said something you didn't like. These "people" literally have no lives.

I've never heard of Selen Tatsuki or Dokibird in my life, but the swatter's plan backfired, because now I'm interested.

"dokibird said don't harass anyone but the dragoons are still definitely harassing us nijisanji fans!" the nijisanji fans in question:

People really need to start being held accountable for this. I know they can find out who did this shit.

This is ridiculous, whoever did this should be charged with a Felony. Attempted murder honestly.

Callers need to be held accountable. They could be getting people killed, or even just wasting valuable resources for other people who are actually in need
  • This is the reason why a lot of Youtubers don't want to deal with live streaming. Just estimating, but it seems like 90% of Swatting happens during live streams (yeah, there are exceptions, but most of the time it happens during live streaming since the sick individual placing the fake call wants immediate gratification from seeing all the chaos they caused). Anyway, like others have said, Swatting should be treated as attempted murder for the caller. People have gotten killed and it's even dangerous for animals (if a dog or parrot runs / flies towards a member of the Swat team, they could easily get shot). There have even been cases of people having heart attacks from Swat teams barging into their homes. It's insane and should be treated as attempted murder. They very recently arrested this one guy who has a history of making thousands of Swatting calls (he was found to be making them from his parents house and using some type of tech to mask his location. But they eventually figured out where he was and arrested him). I don't know if he is out on bail or still locked up (his court trial isn't for several months from now) but I hope they lock him up for years.

A recommendation to anyone looking to stream or considering streaming: contact your local PD and your Sheriff's office if you're in the US. Explain your situation in person ("I'm a streamer and I believe that some of my information may be out there. There may be some people that may attempt to call in false concerns to get an overwhelming police response involved."), add on that you understand that they have to do their jobs and you respect that, but would appreciate someone calling and knocking on the door first. This is how a lot of people avoid the officers from bursting in and causing a scene.

WTF someone tried to murder you for defending Dokibird by calling a SWAT team in 2024? These people are no better than anyone else.
  • @KILLKING110
The more that the Ninjisanji defense squad tries to enact their antics the worse the company looks

I was watching live. My dad is a 2x ret cop. I spent most of 2 decades as a news photog and have a CJ bachelors. There are levels of call response…but honestly, go and talk with your local PD/Sheriff and explain your reality. Give them your personal phone call and ask they only call from this one number if they get a dramatic call at your address. It’s 2024, so you can literally video chat every room of your home IRL to a Sergeant so they don’t respond. It’s complete garbage behavior by the swatter, but PD and creators can work together. Trust me, they don’t want to waste resources and fuel for a total nothingburger.
  • Swatters should face the same jail time as the crimes they falsely claimed to get the swatting to happen, with additional time if any harm came to a person or animal.
  • Kurosanji is digging their own grave and their fans is helping them with casket preparation. What a nice year so far
  • @LordDemonos
If your alarm system goes off and the cops show up but there's no robbery, they send you a bill in the mail for their inconvenience. Like everyone is saying, there should be more consequence for those who initiate these encounters.
  • The fake caller bouta get 20 years hopefully for attemped murder by swatting this shit is pathetic.
