Why We NEED Prayer | Chris Stefanick Show

Published 2023-07-19
It shouldn’t be surprising that THE most important thing for our relationship with God is to talk to Him. That’s why Chris is alone today to talk about Prayer, why we need it, and how to do it to best love the Lord.

So much evil in the Church today is a direct result of a failure to pray. Fortunately, the Church has provided us with so many ways to connect with God. The most important and powerful are the Sacraments, but just being willing to sit with the Lord is a crucial part of our spiritual lives.

In this week’s episode, Chris will teach you some of the different ways to pray, why they’re all important, and how to build a prayer life. Check it out!

  • Years ago I didn’t have a solid prayer life. I love Mother Theresa, I was reading about her and she had said to grow in prayer life…every morning wake up and say good morning God. This has caused my prayer life to explode. I started that small and now I can’t live without it. Bless this Saint and ask for her to pray for your prayer life❤
  • I shouldn't have watched this during lunch, I was blubbering and choking listening to this extremely needed wisdom! God bless you Chris! ❤

  • Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee. Blessed art thou amongst women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death. Amen.

Thanks Chris, you'll never know how much I needed to listen to you. I didn't know myself. God knew and led me to this particular moment. Also, the comment on don't raise a finger when you get cut off in a car....priceless, because of hearing that, I'll make that effort going forward. Thanks
