I have a theory that this room was supposed to be the "house for sale" at Diamond City but they ended up making Home Plate instead. From these views, to the power armor stand, to the sunroof, and even the big "Boston" decal, it screams wastlander home

The last room you went into with the first aid kit, if you go around and jump around the pipe from the outside, then you can keep walking along the top of diamond city. There's a bit more loot there. You can also look at the inside of Diamond City from there, it's a much lower quality.
