Today I found this by accident, browsing through the map files. I got a bit exited, because I've never known about this. I'll be honest, I thought it was half life 3.

I've played so long ago and just now I found out about this playable teaser. In 2020. I have to say, valve really got the hang of making stuff a ton more cinematic since half life 2. I hope half life Alyx will be a great game, even if it might not be available to everybody.

I think I remember seeing the regular live-action teaser for this actually. What's funny is that this video game teaser for a MOVIE does a better job of graphics, exposition, tension and wonder than most real games. But then again it was made by Valve.

I loved Super 8 when I saw it, this was a complete surprise to me when I found it in the game long after release. Very cool.

woah! this is great. There needs to be more interactive trailers, this captures the mystery, awe, atmosphere of the film perfectly.

lol the first time is played this "demo" in portal i tought it was related to the 7 hours war (like... humans find a big combine and try to bring it some where but well... it get free and kill every one) i was like "cool" then ... well i figured out that super 8 wasn't a valve abbandoned project but a movie... and i got sad aggin :(
