Replace "y" for car color (0-5), Replace "x" to get the following:
0 = Car 1 (Changes depending on the vehicle you start with)
1 = Car 2
2 = Car 3
3 = Cop Car (Changes between some missions)
4 = UTILITY, COMMERCIAL, SERVICE, SECRET VEHICLES (Dynamically changes during play)
Replace "z" to get the following:
0 = Civilian in Car
1 = Cop/Pursuer
2 = Roadblock Car (Does not react unless bumped into.)
3 = Roadblock Car with Cop/Pusuer in Car (Used in some Undercover Missions.)
4 = Empty Car

    The honking actually scares civilians which causes the felony bar to increase.

    Nice one dude keep going. But will be nice if you put sonic's voice on police officer.

    How to hide the Damage bar and put on the Felony bar on top instead, like in the first Driver when you have the Invincibility cheat is turned on? Also, does this turn on the Invincibility mode when you hide the Damage bar without having to turn on the Invincibility cheat?
