It's great that there are videos such as these that explain what's going on in an understandable fashion As someone who does law I understand the importance of what you do, because that's what we're being taught in the first year - understanding the material and being able to explain it in a easy to digest way

The legal circus is far from over on this, because it wont be over until the SCOTUS finally gets the last word. Expect appeals, stays, more appeals and all manor of legal shuffling between now and then.

I just wish they would have done this on 2A grounds to begin with, doing it based on an APA violation just means they can turn around and make another rule being careful not to have another APA violation and we still could have a pistol brace van based on regulation in the near future

ive lost track with so many concurrent and overlapping cases of where Chevron Deference stands currently. this ruling seems to have some ramifications there as well yes? More proof that the federal gubmint has grown exponentially beyond its charter
