I just realized that his name is pronounced "rules card", as in the card that comes with a lot of decks that tells you the rules for playing poker and similar stuff. Everyone else is named after more useful pieces in card games or board games, but he's just that piece of junk that you toss out after opening a new deck of cards.

It's weird, this song used to fit Rouxls perfectly in my head, but now I've seen Swatch and his cafe, it feels like it fits him waaaaaaay more, and Rouxls is just being silly with it.
