In this clip, Afroman talked about how the raid gave him an opportunity to write again after not having much inspiration to do so. He thanked the cops for the entire ordeal because he’s since been able to flip it into something positive. Afroman also talked about the titling his latest album ‘Lemon Pound Cake’ in reference to one of the cops during the raid of his home debating whether to sneak a slice of lemon pound cake he had. This prompted Vlad to gift Afroman with his own lemon pound cake to enjoy for the duration of the interview.

What a good-natured dude. Most people would just set a half-eaten lemon pound cake to the side and laugh at the stupid joke. Afroman accepts the gift, and digs in. It not homemade, but we all know those little store bought lemon or orange crush cakes are still good as fuck when you are high.
