That little clip of me at the end is from a live-action reference recording. I did this for almost all the scenes, though not always in the full costume. Fun and thrilling fact I wanted to be Lucy in the movie. Lol rip

I knew. I KNEW that I was going to get my heart broken by the end of the story, because something was going to make Snow lose all humanity and become the snake we know him to be in the "Hunger Games Trilogy". But I kept hoping anyway that somehow the two would stay together.
  • "i trust you though." "why?" "well I'll have to give that one more thought." please do

snow is the ultimate narcissist. he didnt become a monster he was one from the beginning. its shown throughout the story. lucy is a regular victim she sees the good in people. but snow excuses everything he does in his head. he is an abusive narcissist in power, i.e. a monster
  • why doesn’t this have more attention??? this is so beautiful and you did such a great job!! you def earned a follow from me❤️

Good job making this! I find it very disturbing on how in one of the songs the girl gets lost in the snow, getting lost in therefore our Snow, then dying. It's really tragic, your description made me realize this so thanks for making it. May Jesus bless you immensely, I pray you have a good day.
  • I am 100% sure Lucy Gray died, either when he shot her or she was wounded and died later or maybe she did fall into the lake as you said. But I do think she realized he had betrayed Sejanus and I do think she realized in the end that he was going to kill her, even before he was ready to admit to himself what he was going t do. She was a smart girl, even if she blinded herself and ignored the red flags about him up to that point because she wanted to see the best in him. But she repeated the question to him twice. Then when he gives her an unconvincing answer, after clearly trying to avoid replying, that he killed himself, metaphorically, she says "II hope your old self doesn't haunt you". After he finds the weapons , and acts like those are random weapons, she says she "doesn't trust the guns". The guns? Or him? But her trying to kill him was obviously just in his head. Things like, whether she did or didn't leave that (harmless) snake with the shoal, and whether she did or didn't sing The Hanging Tree to him in the woods, are up for interpretation. But I like to think she did both of these. Remember when we first saw her, at the reaping, Snow says she looked like she wasn't in her right mind, as if she could be crazy. What does she do? She puts a snake into Mayfair's dress, only to freak her out, as it turns out, as Mayfair was OK. Then she sings a defiant song. She thought she was going to die in the Games and she had just realized she had been horribly betrayed by her lover, and his other girlfriend basically tried to kill her. Later she writes at the interview she gets her feelings out through an angry revenge-love song about betrayal, So, to me, it would be perfectly in character for her to leave that harmless snake together with the shoal he gave her, as a goodbye message. That she finally knew what he was and that she couldn't trust him even though she loved him. And I can see her singing that verse from the song , too. Most people seem to assume that she would be perfectly rational at that moment (which is hard to imagine) and just try to get away from him to safety, but what safety are we talking about? She didn't really see going back to D12 as a good option and going into the wilderness all alone, well, that's even worse.

I assume that, in addition to introducing "Coryo and I to your future grandchildren," that Lucy would expect Maude Ivory to ensure that her grandchildren uphold the Covey naming custom of Ballad Name+Color Name, right? Right? Also, one of the book's editors said during an IG Live discussion hosted by Barnes and Noble that Suzanne told him that Clerk Carmine was in Finnick and Annie's wedding. In Mockingjay, Clerk Carmine is described as, "the lone fiddler who made it out of 12 with his instrument" (MJ 226). Given this information, will Maude Ivory have to introduce Clerk Carmine to her future grandchildren as well? (As you can probably tell, I do not agree with the theory that Maude Ivory is Katniss Everdeen's grandmother, mostly for reasons I just described. That said, nice video).

Amazing ! 💕🥺 I love the references , and the end with the guns :( - I still don’t really understand lucy grays thought progress towards the end? But this is so good!

I haven't read the book yet, but this is beautiful! And I'm sure is full of references I can't recognize right now, but I'll try to read the book as soon as possible to understand them, keep up the good job! And I think you'd be an awesome Lucy 💕

mauve🥺 honestly, i found the conclusion of the book very disappointing- i would’ve liked to see more of a connection to katniss’s story. your theory really ties it together better! i already said this but ugh i LOVE your style so much. i’ve followed you for about three years and you keep improving and improving!! incredible job on the vocals as well :)
