Damn, this kind of emotion is what the games (and probably the movies) are missing. If this scene was in a game, I would cry my eyes out.

Fun fact: Mammoth Mogul bets on sonic because he’s accepted that he shouldn’t oppose sonic because something cosmic tips the scales in his favor. He actually says this in a comic

This made me cry. Sonic was so used to going with the flow he thought he could fix everything. But once he realized how tails felt that's what truly hit him. Sonic does learn from his mistakes. Tails does matter to him. I bet he'd die for him. I mean Sonic was holding back on tails for a bit.

I would love to see something like this in the games where there's a genuine conflict between Sonic and Tails, just to illustrate that even the strongest bonds can be strained

This scene is so half-baked by people, but for people who actually read it, we all agree it's amazing and emotional. I wish we could still have a seen where Sonic cries.

Better more emotional between Sonic and Tails moment than I ever imagined that could done! That make me event more frustrated Sega failed miserably to do this kind of touching reunion moment between them in Sonic Force! I hope the next game wanna being into that spirit if he trying to use seriously the potential idea for the franchise than just take some cool idea and just mentioned for looking a bit cool and above all cliché but not TRULY used for make something ICONIC with a marking identity like Sonic Adventure 1 and 2 or sonic Unleashed or sonic Hero or something that improve the character and the lore!

Man, oh man! I knew about the Sonic Archie Comics, but never before in a MILLION YEARS! Have I ever seen Tails and Sonic fight like this... I never wanted to think what about the though of it and why this happened... I have to agreed what Pokehero191 said though a lot he said is a lot of what I would rather say too...
