Let's not forget that St. Michael Brown had just robbed a store and assaulted the employee working there. Then he thought he could do the same to police officer and found out the hard way. Hand's up, don't shoot never happened, it was made up. He wasn't shot for not using the sidewalk like the video description suggests.
