    The shoulder exercise fixed my pain and limited shoulder movement in a few weeks. I’ve been doing push ups my whole life and I couldn’t even do one due to the pain when I tried. Two or three weeks of doing the arm swing every night and I was back to doing 50 push ups. Do all the exercises since it’s all related.
