I love Trader Joes flowers. Our TJ's donates their leftover bouquets to a local nursing home. One day I brought a friend to TJ's, who has some mobility problems. I was helping her shop, but then an employee stepped up and offered to assist her, allowing me to do my own shopping.. Before we left, the employee gifted Shirley with a bouquet of flowers! Thank you for this really good tutorial. I am now a subscriber (and sharing this).

I literally learned more than paying for a class. Love love love this video! Thank you so much. I get flowers every Sunday from the farmers market and just pop them in a vase but now I can do so much more! Thank you!

if you strip the leaves off the stems of your greens before placing them in the water, it helps to keep bacteria from forming in your water that then shortens the life of your flowers... beautiful arrangement!!!
  • 🌷🌹🌷🌻🌺🌻🌷🌹🌷👱‍♀️Not all TraderJoe's are created equal, we are in California and we don't a large flower section like this! This is so PRETTY!!!!

I realize you say you miss planning for weddings, and I realize that I'm not paying you directly, but you have no idea how much videos like yours are helping me right now. Most of my fianceé's family is overseas, and it's going to be really expensive to fly people out. For what it's worth, this tutorial makes me feel like I have a chance at saving money on my wedding day, and it gives me hope. You have my deepest of gratitude.
  • I love flowers! The irregular lengths of the stems and different textures of greenery, makes for a beautiful arrangement. Thank you.

  • I have been watching your videos over the past couple of weeks and I'm addicted to your channel. I can relate so much to you, I love your gentle and lighthearted approach to the tasks at hand. I am a budding florist and that's how I stumbled across your channel. Thank you for sharing your 15 minute cleaning routine, it's worked wonders in our home. This arrangement is divine, bless you Ashlyn

I love Carnation's... I remember sometimes, with my babysitting money I would go buy my mom a carnation with baby breath and Greenery. She would put it in a Bud vase in the middle of the table. That was in the seventies.

Wow!! I agree that your video was spectacular and so much better than an astronomically priced flower arranging class! Please keep them coming.... simple and easy... not fancy. Just beautiful and fresh flowers. Thanks you!!

  • Love the Dusty Miller with the blush carnations, such lovely, subtle contrast
  • Love your effortless approach to producing a lovely arrangement. Yes! Continue on with your DIYs with TJoes' flowers! That's where I shop and I used to arrange some flowers at home for the fun and beauty of creating a gathering of beauties! Thanks for the encouragement to 'have at it' again! Flowers add so much to heart, health and home! Thx!
  • Loving the "tape grid" method. I always struggle with "filling" a big bowl and this is a perfect method!
