Bridget and Louie were dropped off at a shelter without any explanation. They were found huddled together in the corner of a shelter. They thought all they had left was each other โ€” but they were wrong.

I tried fostering a Pitt but failed. 12 yrs later I still have her, loving on her like the first day. She was the missing piece in my life. Now her paw print is embedded in my soul.
  • Can we all agree that the shelter deserves some kudos for keeping the 2 of them together? That was very conscientious of them. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿค—

I wish all the animals at the shelter and the streets find a loving home.

That first photo of them is absolutely heartbreaking. Iโ€™m so happy they were lovingly fostered and have enjoyed their forever home. Bless you all. โค๏ธโค๏ธ
  • The other title is " how to make us cry in 30 seconds. They so precious.

I'm a 55 year old man, who loves dogs more than I love people in most cases. I was crying from the start, and cried more at the end when they found the right place for them. Sooo very happy for them. May they live a long happy life!!!

Iโ€™ve been tempted several times to keep some of the dogs I foster. When you pick them up from the shelter most of them are a wreck. They have a multitude of health problems from lack of care. What I enjoy most about fostering is watching the transformation from sick, undernourished, and beat down to a happy, healthy, loving dog. ๐Ÿ™‚

Iโ€™ve watched this 12 different times but it makes me cry every time

To the sweet woman who adopted these two babies, a huge thank you for picking them, and loving them. ๐Ÿ’–๐Ÿ’–๐Ÿ‘

    Bro itโ€™s 6:00am and Iโ€™m already crying
  • I'm so happy these two still have each other and a human who can give them security, love and care but they know that they still have each other. How precious is that. They really do deserve to always be happy. Thanks Dodo ๐Ÿ’—

The difference pure love can make. Their transformation is almost magical.

They are, and will always be; the best thing we ever did. Literal Angels.
  • They looked so broken, I can only imagine how awful their old life was. Beautiful babies. โค๏ธโค๏ธ

Absolute respect to the foster parents, especially driving from Houston to San Diego to deliver these beautiful dogs to their forever home. This is what love looks like!
  • Some people still need to realize dogs are people too....!!! They deserve love and happiness just like anybody else..!! ๐Ÿพ๐Ÿ’•๐Ÿพ๐Ÿ’•๐Ÿพ๐Ÿ’•๐Ÿพ๐Ÿ’•๐Ÿพ๐Ÿ’•๐Ÿพ๐Ÿ’•๐Ÿพ
  • I will never understand the people who think that dogs are disposable. The bonds that they have with us, it's so strong that when you abandon them it's as if you've abandoned a three-year-old child of yours. They don't understand what they did wrong to be in the situation that they're in, why you don't love them anymore, why they can't come home... It's truly one of the most heartless things a human being can do. Thank you so much for taking these two beautiful souls in and nursing them back to health.
