Weather Report is probably the strongest stand that has nothing to do with time, dimension, or universe manipulation

We've seen stands that manipulate water, we've seen stands who manipulate air, fire, ice, lightning, and many more. But this stand simply can do all of that at once. It can control virtually all elements. It's super OP.

This is one of the most versatile stands in the work, it would easily be a great stand for a villain or protagonist, although we have seen a lot of its abilities I wish I had seen more, perhaps causing great lightning, globular lightning or any other rare atmospheric phenomenon, but the manga really made weather prove powerful, maybe we'll see him in part 9

Emporio using Weather Report to defeat Pucci is probably one of the most poetic, emotional and badass moments in the series. The aggressive punching and speed of it really felt like Weather finally letting out his anger on Pucci

Christ, I still get HUGE chills at the final beatdown, it's so IMPACTFUL and incredible, especially when Stardust Crusaders blast in the background! Definetly most thrilling beatdown imo, WR is just that strong

I like how in the final scene with Enporio, Weather Report has a mirage over it, it’s a small touch but it makes it look so much more menacing
