I'm glad she clarified that there is no Galactic Federation "of light". Each of the star races has its own interests, its own agenda. Some would be considered "negative" and some "positive", from an Earth Human perspective. I believe most of them are hopeful that we will get our act together, or they would have wiped us out already.
