Sean should make mimics of everyone in this series. It would be really fun

Its less scary and more frustrating watching Sean walk around aimlessly never completing any tasks at all.

Suggestion: This may be difficult but maybe you can modify the Kim Dweller to take the forms of all four of you guys. Pretty much at first it looks and sounds like one of the friends for example it could appear as Robert or Shadow or Kim or even yourself, but it could ask "Hey come help me get some wool" or "hey come help chop this tree" or "Kim! Stop the sheep they're escaping!" or some other voice line to really catch you guys of guard. They'd use the voice and the physical appearance of the person they're pretending to be. If you were to follow this fake version of your friend it would transform into a more terrifying form and attempt to take your form or just kill you then try to lure in other players. Kinda like the Thing but more tame. I get coding this could be very difficult but just a fun suggestion. Would be scary to see this imposter do regular player jobs like chopping trees, feeding animals, crafting, walking, exploring, building but those would be super difficult to script. Love the series so far!

They should add a mimic version of everybody because of the moments we will get if they do, will be golden.

Never seen this channel before, but Sean's monologue from the tower being interrupted with "Who're you talking to, Sean?" was a very good moment.

One thing that really removes the fear from the horror mods is that, there’s no attacking animation, they just touch you

I think it would be a fun idea to add new voicelines between every session that way you can never get too comfortable with them. Maybe even some self aware ones like “guys its the real me!”

I feel bad about giving advice to only Kim, so here's some for you. In regular minecraft, sheep eat grass to get wool. So if, the sheep are regrowing slowly, make sure there is no course dirt near them, that doesn't grow grass.
