The distribution of 'power' is naturally not restricted to 'just this planet'. The assumption that everything IS localized or even focused here would easily make everything seem unfair, but that is not how things are distributed. Incarnations and discarnations by equal measure cannot be a 'local' phenomenon. I have to remind myself of these things because i forget all the time.
