Well, that probably makes a few of the trophies easier. Namely the one where you glide from one side of the map to the other and the one where you do like 30 tricks without touching the ground.

So I tried doing this and instead of going up, the chair stuck to Spider-Man’s hand and made him slide side ways and clip into the mansion. The mansion is clear from the inside even though there was a flame mission here. It doesn’t seem I can escape without fast traveling.
