Following the 0% community was really emotional knowing that every single person who ever took the time to upload their level had their levels cleared. None were left behind and forgotten and there's something really profound about that.

one of my favorite simple bits is him saying the most out of pocket, no context joke, the joke being completely forgotten about, and then like 40 minutes later he just says the exact same joke again with equally no context

Fun Fact: Donkey Kong '94 originally would've had a level editor and allow you to share levels through the Gameboy link cable. So in an alternate universe, Mario Maker 2 would be Mario Maker 3.

I remember when Simpletflips started uploading more videos of stream highlights of him playing mario maker, I complained and said I wanted more videos of him playing SM64 rom hacks. Little did I know his Mario Maker videos would become some of my absolute favorite videos by him. Sad to see they're now relics of the past, recordings of a game we can no longer play. Goodbye Mario Maker, you shall be remembered.

"If you don't like the Koopa Kids, I'm gone." That guy was me, I was one of those losers who wanted them to come back for years. It's honestly kinda crazy that there was an entire era from like SMW to NSMB Wii where dedicated internet weirdos were begging nintendo to put the Koopalings in stuff and it seemed like they never would.

I really like that Foxen knew that Pizza Hut line because it implies that either A. He watched Simple’s highlights on the “Every 2D Mario game” video or B. He also know the whole video by heart like Simple.
