Thank you so much for this. Im curious about one position though ... It says the Adam's apple must be in resting position but everywhere I've seen it demonstrated, it is shown directly over the apple 3 inches above. All resting positions have the hands flat on skin. The apple position in book and here show hands in curved position but 3 inches under the Apple in resting place (but with curved hands/regular pose). I'm missing something.
