Autistic Chews I Use For Stimming👄

Published 2021-04-17
🧊🧋I use a variety of different chews (of different strengths) to manage my form of stimming and to help manage my sensory needs resulting from my autism.

I've included the links to most of these items and also a fantastic website that offers anyone needing items from safe straws to cutlery as well.
- They accept Afterpay and NDIS Funding for payment.

Side note: I drink bubble tea with pearls so that I have something to chew while I'm drinking, so if you haven't tried them before, please do.

i was that one kid at school who chewed and sucked on their hair, hat strings and chewed their nails. i'm autistic and adhd and stim constantly. and one of the ways i do this is by chewing on the inside of my mouth. thanks for the video, i'm trying to find chews cause i really don't want to damage the inside of my mouth anymore

I now know what stimming is and I do it by repeating words when stressed out haha
